UPDATE as of 5/22/2024 at 1:10 PM. We have been closely monitoring the weather forecast for our graduation ceremony on Thursday, May 23, at 7:00 PM. Based on the most current information available from the National Weather Service and the Tulsa Area Emergency Management Agency, we have decided to move the ceremony indoors to the Catoosa Indian Activity Center (CIAC). This location change will ensure that our seniors—and their families—can celebrate safely on Thursday evening. Please note the following: 1. The main doors to the CIAC will open at 6:00 PM 2. The ceremony will start promptly at 7:00 PM 3. Tickets are NOT required 4. NO reserved seating 5. For those that can not attend, the ceremony will be streamed via the Catoosa Public Schools Facebook page We are super proud of the class of 2024 and can not wait to see them turn their tassels tomorrow evening.

Catoosa Families, as you probably know, the recent weather forecast indicates severe weather moving into the area later today and into the evening hours. As a precaution, we’ve decided to postpone all activities on our campus starting this evening. Specifically, the physical, drug test and enrollment expo are scheduled to start at 6:00 PM. While this can be inconvenient, we prioritize keeping our students, staff, and families safe. We hope you understand this is the right step to take. Can you believe our seniors, the Class of 2024, will be walking across the stage to receive their diplomas in 45 days? This is a special time when many lifelong memories are made, and graduation ceremonies are a way to honor the Senior Class of 2024 and the perseverance and commitment our students have demonstrated to reach this milestone. Whether their plans are to enter college, the military, the workforce, or whatever comes next after graduation, we are looking forward to celebrating with them at Graduation 2024. Commencement ceremonies are our gift to our seniors, and Catoosa High School is already busy preparing a special graduation celebration that will signify the pride we all feel in the accomplishments of our graduates. We will again conduct an outdoor graduation ceremony at Frank McNabb Stadium. If the unpredictable Oklahoma weather forces us to move inside, we have a backup plan. Details on this plan will be communicated by the school as soon as possible. We have much to celebrate, and we look forward to joining our parents and families in honoring the Class of 2024. Hello CPS families, Catoosa Public Schools is considering launching an After School Extended Day Program for the 2024-2025 school year to address the need for quality after-school care. The program will provide students with a safe and nurturing environment, offering homework help, nutritious snacks, and physical activities. We will strive to support academic achievement, build self-esteem, and foster character development. The program will be held at Cherokee Elementary and cater to pre-kindergarten through fifth-grade students. Parent-Teacher Conferences are right around the corner! Conferences will be held on March 11th and March 12th from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Conference sign-ups will be online via MyConferenceTime. Please follow the steps below to sign up for your preferred conference date and time. Time slots will fill quickly, so please sign up at your earliest convenience.
